Today was really busy but also really fun. Started off with me traveling to and getting lost in Inchicore to take photographs of Paul Walsh from Royseven. That went really well and I am delighted with the shots and can't wait to see them printed.
I then trekked into the city to drop in a roll of film and to get my ten picture narrative final prints done. I again somehow managed to get lost between Gunn's and Photolabs (which are legit 5-10mins from each other...) but it was a happy kind of lost and I found lots of cool things around town I wanted to take pictures of. I really really like being in town on my own, I don't really know why, but there's just something about being able to just float around and think and look at everything and just... I don't know. I love it.
After that, I tried to scout a few people to take street style photos for The Fair, but I'm too much of a wimp right now so maybe I'll try again... some other time... aaahhh.
Finally, I popped into the gallery because I wanted to see the photos in the space without so many people there. They really look so great! Had a great chat with the girls then headed home on the luas, knackered tired, but pretty happy.
I really felt like a photographer today, it was strange. I'm pretty happy with everything right now and I just can't wait to see what happens in the next few months with photography for me and aagh I'm just really excited.
